One of the First Tapestry Hotels in the U.S.

This 183 Room hotel was quite a challenge as it is comprised of three buildings. The Owner wanted to bring the theme of the magnolia tree into the Rooms, as the gardens outside the property had many of these types of trees. The Guest Rooms bring nature in with floral artwork and the pattern of the carpet. This property had both large and small Meeting Rooms in the Jefferson and Madison Buildings. The design was very custom and since this was a conversion / renovation we had to work with a lot of existing items. For the design we aimed for something more traditional as this was an older building, and we were wanting to blend the exterior with the interior. Overall the design turned out wonderfully and both Hilton and the Owner were impressed with out work.
