These four-story hotels, which are both over 100 rooms, are currently under construction as they are very new. Utilizing the Eclectic Design Scheme that is prototypical to this Marriott brand, we were able to completely give a modern, playful aesthetic to these two Properties. The Guest Lofts now have four regional Design Scheme options. El Dorado Hills, CA, which was one of the original Gen 4 Eclectic Designs, used the Generica America Scheme while the Henderson, NV property utilized the Electric Grid Scheme. One modification to the scheme that the design team made was to incorporate dining tables and seating that would accommodate better for people with disabilities. We focused on making sure local ADA Codes were met in the Public Space and Guestrooms of both Properties to ensure that all people would feel welcome.
