A New Hotel Designed & Delivered in 6 Months

This 101 Room New Construction property was on a fast paced time frame from the beginning. However, the Owners we were working with were very particular about what they wanted. Bridging the gap between urban living and suburban life was one of the goals that the Owners wanted to accomplish with the design. We utilized blurred Chicago imagery to create this feeling throughout the hotel. When working on the floor plans we had to make modifications to add a bar, which ended up not being approved by Hilton, and even added a fireplace, which was also not approved by Hilton. Despite all of the set backs and revision / re-selection requests from the Owners, we were able to complete the design on time and have everything approved by the clients and the brand.
