A Budget-Conscious Renovation for a Canadian Property

This 119 Room hotel took between two and three years to complete, as there were many change requests on the job. The plans changed over five times, the client changed the design scheme over three times, and in the end, the Owners tried to eliminate as much as possible, or have things made locally, in order to reduce the final project costs. This was an international property, and shipping was most likely an issue as well, so the design took a hit. However, we were able to find a lower-cost solution for some of the Public Area tables, that ended up being approved by both IHG and the Owner.
