La Quinta Conversion of the Year 2015

This 71 Room Conversion from a Knights Inn to a La Quinta Inn & Suites won Conversion of the Year in 2015 from La Quinta Management. The Owner was a breeze to work with, however within the two years we were working on the Project, La Quinta developed new standards that we needed to incorporate within the hotel. Our design had to evolve along with the changing brand and many revisions needed to be done to make sure we accomplished all of the newest requirements. All in all the Owner and La Quinta were very pleased with the outcome of the hotel, as it was award winning and really caught the eye of everyone that came in.
